IS MUSK LENDING ABLE TO AID IN IDENTIFYING DISTRESSED PROPERTIES?
Absolutely, Musk Lending is prepared to connect our borrowers with wholesalers who specialize in discovering off-market deals. It’s worth noting that Musk Lending’s founders were highly involved in fix and flip projects, and they are eager to share their acquired skills and reveal their sources.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM LOAN SIZE WITH MUSK LENDING?
Musk Lending’s minimum loan size is $100,000.
WHAT OCCURS IF WE SURPASS THE SPECIFIED TERM?
While occurrences of this nature are infrequent, if they do arise, we are prepared to extend the term for an additional fee.
DOES MUSK LENDING PROVIDE LOANS NATIONWIDE?
We extend our lending services nationwide, with the exception of seven states. Musk Lending does not provide loans in Arizona, Minnesota, North Dakota, Nevada, South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia.
DOES MUSKLENDING REQUIRE EXPERIENCE?
No, Musk Lending does not mandate prior experience. Whether you are acquiring your initial deal or have extensive experience, Musk Lending is prepared to offer financing. As an asset-based lender, we prioritize the value of the asset, allowing for flexibility in experience requirements. However, possessing more experience can potentially lead to enhanced financing options with Musk Lending. For instance:
• No experience (0 flips): up to 70% of purchase & 100% of construction cost
• Low Experience (1 flip): up to 75% of purchase & 100% of construction cost
• Some Experience: (2-3 flips) up to 80-85% of purchase & 100% of construction cost
• Experienced (3-4+ flips): up to 90% of purchase & 100% of construction cost
• Compensating factors: If the borrower is a licensed General Contractor or Real Estate Agent then we can add an additional 5-10% leverage (however, it cannot exceed 90% of the purchase price and 65% of ARV)
